Sur les 322 manifestants interpellés lors de la marche du 27 septembre dernier, 165 cas ont été traités à ce jour par les tribunaux de Conakry, a appris samedi Xinhua de source judiciaire.
Parmi les personnes qui ont comparu devant la justice, 17 ont écopé d'une condamnation à une peine de prison, allant de 4 mois à un an.
Tandis que 37 manifestants ont eux écopé de la même peine avec sursis. La cour a prononcé la relaxe pure et simple en faveur de 24 personnes.
Un des accusés a été condamné à une "interdiction de séjour dans la capitale'', selon nos sources.
Il s'agirait d'un habitant d'une localité de l'intérieur du pays, qui était en séjour à Conakry, au moment des faits.
Dans le lot des dossiers examinés par la cour, figure le cas des 68 mineurs qui ont été mis en liberté.
Les autorités judiciaires réfutent les allégations de mauvais traitements administrées aux personnes détenues dans le cadre de cette affaire, arguant que les détenus jouissent de leurs droits.
